Certification Requirements
- 1Complete all required training modules.
- 2Pass every module assessment with at least 85%.
- 3Pass the HOS Simulation Lab with at least 90%.
- 4Pass the final written examination with at least 90%.
- 5Pass the final practical dispatch simulation with at least 90%.
- 6Complete all assigned remediation.
- 7Have no unresolved critical safety violations.
- 8Receive final administrator approval.
- 9Sign the trainee completion acknowledgement.
