See the possibility. Build the plan. Break the barrier.
Dina Gonzales — known as Ms. Possibility Coach — built Breaking The Barriers Development Group around one idea: business owners deserve strategy they can actually use. BTB turns confusing systems, funding opportunities, technology, and program requirements into clear next steps that move businesses forward.
Taking complex situations and turning them into simple, actionable solutions that change lives.

What BTB Brings to the Table
Dina Gonzales · Ms. Possibility Coach
Helping business owners see what is possible — then build the plan to make it real.
Dina’s professional story began in the transportation industry in 2002. Her early career gave her hands-on experience with transportation operations before she moved into quarry operations at Gibraltar Rock / Silvi, where she worked the scale house, dispatched trucks, served in QA/QC, and became the first woman to drive the quarry haul trucks. Dina also holds a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Life did not move in a straight line. Dina later experienced homelessness with her three children for approximately 18 months. After rebuilding stability for her family and securing housing in Bordentown, New Jersey, she entered business development — and discovered the work that would become her professional purpose.
Today, as founder of Breaking The Barriers Development Group, Dina works at the intersection of business strategy, community economic development, small-business education, funding readiness, marketing, operations, transportation, and practical AI adoption. Her approach is built for real business owners: simplify the problem, identify the barrier, organize the information, and turn it into an actionable next step.
Ms. Possibility Coach is the public expression of that work: helping entrepreneurs move from “I don’t know how” to a clear, practical path forward — because Dina understands personally and professionally that a difficult chapter does not have to determine what comes next.

The titles matter. The people behind them matter more.
Dina is a mom and grandmother — known as Gaba / Dia — and family is central to the way she understands leadership, service, resilience, and legacy.
Her family includes military service, entrepreneurship, and specialized industry experience. Her youngest son is a Marine veteran; her brother is a combat veteran; her oldest son is an experienced cannabis cultivator and consultant; and her daughter is a business owner.
Dina and her daughter also coach community and competitive girls’ basketball together. Her daughter is the coach. Dina is very proudly the assistant coach — and yes, she knows who is in charge on the court.
Those experiences are part of why Dina’s work is deeply people-centered. Business development is never only about a spreadsheet, a strategy, or a program. It is about helping people build something stronger for themselves, their families, and their communities.
