BTB Development Group provides UEZ education and practical small-business supportive services for qualifying participating businesses through the New Brunswick UEZ program. The goal is simple: help business owners understand the program, organize their businesses, connect benefits to real operating decisions, and build stronger systems for growth.

Program Format
Support is delivered through business assessments, one-on-one coaching, education, implementation assistance, referrals, and follow-up based on the participating business’s needs and program eligibility.

UEZ certification is determined by the State of New Jersey, and specific tax benefits depend on the business, location, certificate, transaction, and current State rules. Participation in BTB supportive services does not guarantee certification, funding, tax treatment, or approval by another organization.

BTB provides education and supportive services. Businesses should use current New Jersey UEZ and Division of Taxation guidance — and qualified tax or legal advice when needed — before relying on a specific exemption, reduced tax rate, certificate, purchase limit, or filing requirement.
